This is a major problem in the industry, especially for those suppliers with research and development costs. Chasing payments can cause an awful amount of tension, and harm a potentially successful business relationship. If the customer comes up in the overdue column in the books, insist that they sign a lease. We will get them approved and signed. They should not be allowed to have your equipment and not pay for it.
